Beach Approach Cottage is located in an ideal situation, just 30 steps from Filey Seafront, beautifully furnished cottage all on one level, briefly consists of a kitchen dining living area, the kitchen comes complete with a washing machine, fridge & Smeg oven. The lounge area has a Smart Tv plus free sat, super fast broadband, books and games for the family plus a cosy electric fire. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the family bath room includes a bath with electric power shower. The second bedroom consists of two single beds.
A special feature of Beach Approach Cottage is the fabulous outdoor undercover games shed, complete with table tennis, seating & darts.
The garden is fully enclosed.

Once inside the accommodation is all on the ground floor.
The cottage is accessed via a set of 30 steps on quite a steep hill. Not ideal for those with mobility problems.
The Garden is enclosed
Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am.
If you provide a mobile number, we let you know as soon as you can go in.
A £100 deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks
before your arrival.
Directions and Key information is sent via email on receipt of full payment.
